I got this for my nephew to work out with and he absolutely loves it. Myself if I tried it...I'm positive that one of those balls would come right back and hit me right in the eye. If you aren't coordinated or you aren't fast, this will train you to be one way or the other. Him and his friends really enjoy working out with it. They have fun while improving their reactions at the same time. Anyone in MMA or boxing should have one of these to work out with. The fact that it is small and portable makes it possible to get a great workout anywhere you go. A great tool for training.
