Bright shiny colors

These liquid eyeliners come packaged great. They have plastic around the box and the box itself is nice and sturdy. When you first get them you need to dip them in and out a few times otherwise they won't draw a long enough line and will have a few small clumps but after they draw fine. The colors are vibrant and shiny and great if you like that kind of eyeliner. The biggest downfall is it takes a while for them to dry so if you touch it before it completely dries then it will smudge it. Once they dry they stay on pretty well. Patience is the key. The eyeliner washes off relatively easy with soap and warm water. It actually came of with ice cold water for me. I was impatient and didn't wait on the water to warm up. Overall nice eyeliner.
