This little gadget is incredible.  It is pretty quiet and very discreet.  You basically wear it anywhere.  You know people love adventure, and do wild things.  So the fact that this is wearable in the undies, gives people unlimited options of use.  It gives vibration in all three areas and it also heats from within.  It allows 10 different vibration patterns, that gives you a many options for a good amount of fun.  The butterfly shape I thing is genuis, it allows it to lay right in place for undies.  Women have the option of using this alone or using this as a couple.  I would definitely recommend as some firey fun.
