Perfect support and perfect audio recorder.

I received a recorder that would delete the audio files as soon as it was turned off. I received a response from the seller as soon as I contacted and was sent a replacement that works perfect! I bought this recorder to record one of the most difficult classes I have ever taken Anatomy & Physiology. The professor covers so much material so fast and sometimes I found it hard to keep up. This recorder is easy to use and you can pause and replay as many times as you need. The sound quality is amazing even sometimes in the back of the classroom, it can still catch voice of the professor clearly with the noise filtering. An amazing addition to your studies, and I love how easy it is to transfer your files from the recorder to your computer. A definite five star item!
