Super sticky

I recently got a few things I want to keep in place on my desk or on the side of my desk, but my gel sticky pad that came with them stopped sticking. I decided to see if these gel pads would work for them instead. My plan was to cut them down to the sizes I need, peel off the old ones, clean the backs of my little usb ports and stuff, then stick these on. But they are a lot thicker than I was expecting. They are definitely sticky, though. I had no trouble with getting them to stick, though I had some trouble cutting them to fit.
