Love it

I listen to light /calming music while trying to fall asleep.I also like listening to self hypnotherapy videos while falling off to sleep.I would put it on my phone, the downside to all this was my husband had to alos hear it while sleeping.This bluetooth eye mask is definitely a plus as Iam the one who is listening to my music while sleeping while my hubby doesn't have to hear it.It is a plus in my books.It is also a great gift idea for anyone whol loves to listen to audio books or music while falling off to sleep.This is great for travelling as well.
