We have tons of beads and have made several different types of bracelets, necklaces, and keyrings but always had to knot the the ends because of the string we used so I decided to get some of this elastic string so we could make bracelets and necklaces that could be made to contour the wrist and neck a little better and make it easier to get on and off. Boy, this makes things so much easier and nicer, the string has a nice amount of stretch and give and doesn't break easily.
This elastic string comes on a spool that keeps your string wrapped up nice and neat making it easy to dispense as needed. There is quite a bit of string on this spool so it should go a long way for us.
