There have been a lot of mixed reviews with this product and for my personal experience with this has been fantastic. Bluetooths right to my phone and I don't have any question of my phone falling because it takes a good amount of pressure to get my phone in and out of the holder but the cusion has been working well enough to not leave my phone with any marks or scratches.
