I normally only get sick a few times a year, but when you've got a lot to do, even a few times is far too many! I set out to do some research into immune boosting supplements and made a list of all the ingredients that have been known to help - however the sheer number of supplements I would need to buy would have me taking far more pills than I'd ideally like to! I was very pleased when I found this one. I have only been taking it for a couple weeks so I am hesitant to comment on its effectiveness (which would anyway more likely reflect on the efficiency of the ingredients rather than the brand), but I'm pleased not to have to spend a small fortune and swallow a dozen pills every morning! I take this along with Pelargonium sidoides (pelargonium) which is very well researched. Also I will just mention - no amount of supplementation can overcome a poor diet and sleep schedule! Eat a balanced diet and get your 7.5hours of sleep a night and you'll likely see instant results.
