Arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. Seems to be very habdy for a light refresh of carpets and hard floors but not good for heavily soiled areas or longer piled carpets. Timer function is useful, can set the timer and leave it to do it's work unassisted. Have only used this a couple of times and have not really fully made my mind up about it.
