After several attempts of charging the battery and putting the torch together it still isn't working. I'm very disappointed in this item as I had high hopes for it to be a great torch to have for any emergencies. Aside from it not working it does feel nice to hold, isn't too heavy and feels well made. The charging unit it comes with has a usb charging lead which is handy and helpful. It's just such a shame it's not working.
