I received this item very quickly. Unfortunately this was the best thing about this product. Upon opening the instructions were not clear and I was left with a piece that I'm still not sure where it goes. Despite this the product worked. Suction was great for the first 3-4 uses. After this the item has began to loose suction. It is now put away as a spare for emergency use.
