The makeup organizer that I received is white plastic. The plastic feels a little bit flimsy. The shelves have two height adjustments. The top has divided sections in the middle that are to put makeup brushes The only issue I had with that was the divided sections are not deep enough for makeup brushes to stand up.
Overall the makeup organizer does just as it says , it organizes and you are able to see everything with a simple spin.
