Surprisingly good

If heard loads of people say that this stuff is ment to be great, I wasn't so convinced but I saw an opportunity at a good price so I tried it .... I must say I'm sold . It's not the most pleasant way of brushing teeth as the black charcoal looks awful but the results are pretty noticeable. I'm a smoker and tea drinker so my teeth do stain but I have now noticed it lifting and I'm getting healthy looking teeth.

I do recommend brushing with it regular toothpaste after is advisable
