Got for the little girl I babysit and she loves it. It fits perfect for a 4 year old. The material is like a synthetic fabric. This is a cute and quick Halloween costume. A lil girl can be a witch or even a wizard from Harry Potter. All you would need is a broom or a wizard wand and the costume is finished as your child wears there regular clothes underneath the cape.
