I got this bag for cooking china foods and the result was amazing. We have pickled cabbage dishes that required to squeeze out all the water. I was using paper towels in the past to do the work; however, something the material is so fragile can't hold much cabbage. This perfect is perfect, it is originally designed for using as cheesecloth or making yoghurt so that its whole is very small and is perfect for my pickled cabbages dish. I am going to use it for more challenged Chinese dishes later. I think it will definitely do the magic.
