The lamp was packed with great care and none of it chipped off during the shipping process. I really like the colours and shapes vary and that each one is unique. I received one that was a little pinker which creates a really nice amber glow to the room. The light positioned inside makes the crystal glow a gorgeous mix of pinks and is very calming and lovely to look at since the crystal itself has beautiful colouration and is great quality. The bulb is fully encased by the space within the crystal, and it seals against the base. This allows all the heat from the bulb to be trapped within the crystal, so the heat transmits throughout the lamp. This is vital to allow it to function as an ionizer.
