This is a great product I brought it to wear when I workout the material is nice and thin not thick like some so keeps you cool plus is comfortable to wear and fits well. I have never used one of theses before but was very straight forward to set up sound is good to you can talk on your phone thought it what's great plus the head band is washable. The headband seems well made ive used it at the gym washed it and even used it at night when I sleep to listen to music
