I have not used a sports watch for many of years now until purchasing this one. The this product is very well made and as all the functions you would expect from a sports watch.

Equipped with adjustable buckle design. - Nice flexible strap Alarm,stopwatch,countdown,back light. - Back Light could be a bit brighter but its a very small minor this, The alarm stopwatch and Countdown all work far. 50 meter water resistance for convenience in your daily life - Been swiming several times now and the item meets the requirements and you will be fine to do so. Displays Hour, Minute, Second, Date and Weekday - Very easy to set up as well just follow the instructions.
