It's just what it says.

This  Slimming vest does have a nice design to it ,but gettting the size recommend(2XL for size 14/16)  ended up being very difficult to get on and off. A zipper on one of the sides would help with this. I found taking it off by pulling down like a skirt is far easier than going over your head. It does definately increase your core body temperatures so if you can tough through the getting it on and off it will definately yield results. It also does help correct posture during your workouts. I do like the benefits of it but in its current design I feel it needs a bit of improvement.
