Last year, Apple announced and released their latest handset — the iPhone X. It’s a work of art and should be for the $1,000 price tag. To ensure that it remains a work of art, we decided to share with you what every iPhone X owner needs. It’s indeed a case that will protect your iPhone X from everyday dangers like scratching, chipping, and things along those lines. But, it does more than simply protect — it accessorizes as well.
It’s available in eight variants: four solid colors, three colors with a window panel, and a unique mono black color. The one we have for testing is the all-black and nothing too special. Besides the fact, the material feels great in the hands. The company, MeanLove, states that the material is built with high-quality silicone rubber. That’s what gives us that soft, yet durable feeling.
It’s also shockproof and scratch-resistant to ensure that your iPhone keeps shining till the day you upgrade. From the inside, it’s composed of microfiber cushion that simply “hugs” your iPhone and adds additional protection. Say, you dropped your device on the carpet, the impact will be distributed evenly to reduce the chance of cracks and scratches.
With the case on, I didn’t find any annoyances with it. Whether I was locking/unlocking it, raising/lowering the volume, or even charging it via lightning or wirelessly. Oh, and speaking of wirelessly, it supports the charging feature just fine. No interference whatsoever, so I never needed to remove the iPhone from the case.
There’s also a cut-out on the back for the camera and flashes. We didn’t see any issues with capturing photos with or without flashes.
As I mentioned before, it’s built with liquid silicone rubber that makes it feel great and well-built. In addition, it makes for easy cleaning as I only needed a damp rag to wipe off any stains that may have shown up during the last week. And for those who are concerned about their warranty policy, they offer 12-months at no additional cost. They promise to refund or replace your case, upon request.
