As a single person, it can take me a week to eat a whole bunch of bananas...yet...I do not want to go to the store more than once a week-- these bags are great! A bunch of bananas slightly green when bought-- are just lightly spotted brown by the end of the week (just how I like them.) I am not sure how many days it can go before becoming banana bread fodder, but I think I will surely find out one of these days. But a week is pretty good!
