Perfectly balanced, comfortable handle, extremely sharp long lasting blade. The smoothness and the size are excellent. It slices through a pile of vegetables in no time! It looks very sleek. Took me a bit to get used to the lightness of it, as I have been used to a heavier knife. I doubt with how sturdy and sharp this knife is that I will have to even use it anytime soon though. Cuts like a dream and it is very easy to clean!
