My daughter loves anything robotic and she loves dinosaurs so I knew that I need to purchase this for her as soon as I saw it. This cute little dinosaur can be controlled with the included remote control which will need 4 AAA batteries. We did not receive any batteries with our robot even though the description stated that they were included so make sure to have some handy just in case. The dinosaur does have a rechargeable battery compartment under its belly and the package came with the battery already installed in the dinosaur. It does include a USB charging cable and a mini screwdriver for removing the battery compartment covers on the dinosaur and the remote. It also has a detailed instruction manual that show you how to use the dinosaur and the functions of the buttons on the remote. You will have to snap on the dinosaur’s tail before using but that was all the assembly required.

The dinosaur can walk, wag its tail and growl. Its eyes light up in different colors depending on the action it is doing. You can also set it to follow you as you move. It will dance to the music it plays and can get angry when you press the “spoiled” button on the remote. It can spin in circles or will move forwards, backwards, left or right when controlled with the remote. Our favorite feature is when it blows steam out of its mouth. It has a rubber stopper in the back of its head which will hold water. A bulb type dropper is included to fill up the water reservoir. When the middle button is pushed on the remote, the dinosaur’s mouth will light up and a mist of cool steam will come from its mouth as it makes a sound. This is a fun and interactive toy to play with. My daughter loves it!
