These are a great buy. The bands vary in resistance from extra light to heavy. I'm starting with extra light. It comes with a little tote to store them in too. I will be adding these into my workouts to make them a little more challenging. Overall this was a good purchase. These are good quality, 100% latex, and a great variety of resistance depending on color. Can be used for ankle/foot, legs, butt, arms. Very pleased with these bands.
