I bought my 6.5 yo unicorn squishy from 99 cents only store for $1.99 it was in a blind bag and to my best ability I tried to feel and choose 2 of the same squishy's since my youngest 2.5 yo is a complete monster and would fight and bite her older sister over anything that her sister has. I only found one unicorn so I went online to see if I can get for a decent price. Cheapest was on eBay for $ 2.50 but I wasn't gonna wait a month to get it from China. Then I got this one on Amazon with promo code. I was happy that I could give my kids their unicorns at last.
Boy, did this toy suck. It lasted 5 minutes, not kidding. Of course it was the one I gave to my youngest and I got mad at her for ripping it but upon inspecting it it was clear that it wasn't her fault, well, at least this time. There were 3 air pockets in the unicorn and the one she ripped was in the wings. Honestly, when I squished the spots with air pockets I could feel my fingers rubbing each other.
I don't know if I am the only one who got the lemon but I strongly believe it's sellers responsible to check and recheck the item for quality before sending it out. Years ago I used to sell on eBay and I never had any issues with any of my customers since I always inspected my items for any flows and if there were such I would list them separately, writing detailed description of any defects.
