Have to say on first impression I’m very impressed, the quality seems to be to a very good, Don’t get me wrong they are not a replacement for the gym or weights but a very good supplement for weights. Ideal for home exercise or during travel. Items appear to be of good quality and the kit contains all that is required. I have found the door anchor very useful and effective. It would have been nice if a more comprehensive guide had been included but overall, I am very satisfied with this kit.
