Arrived quickly and well packaged, smaller than I thought but then remembered that it was a travel steamer. Trid it out on some screwed up cotton trousers and it worked really well with very little effort. This will save me a lot of time doing a job I hate - ironing and should cope with most items, very pleased with my purchase.
