The kids LOVE this light. They turn it on at bedtime and, it helps them get to sleep faster. It's bright and, just screws into a standard light bulb socket. Does not work well with a lamp cover on it. So, will have to be something that doesn't have a lamp shade. It's also great for when the kids want to have their own " party"
