The titanium metal makes this a very lightweight utensil for backpackng. It's nice and long for stirring in hot pots over a stove or fire or eating from a bag.
For me it's comfortable to eat with. I find that most sporks have too wide of a spoon and I like that this isn't made with that weird jutting out width..
You can cook and eat with it so this is replacing my plastic spork. The value is there and lightens the pack too.
