I think since the last time I jumped with the rope it's been at least 25 years, so I'll let you imagine when I used this rope the results achieved: a real disaster.
After two or three tests you pick up the pace slowly, also because jumping the rope is really tiring.
After about a month of use, I can say it's a really great product.
The materials are very good (transparent plastic coated steel lanyard and lightweight plastic handles) and with the built-in bluetooth module, you can connect it to your smartphone to hold track of their own workouts.
The small display on one of the grips shows the number of jumps, the actual jump time (when you stop the timer) and the mode of use.
There are three modes of use: free jump (the one I prefer), timer (you set a certain time and at the end of the countdown you see the jumps made) and number of jumps (you set the number of jumps you want to make and then you will turn up until you reach the set number).
The app is done discreetly well even if a little confusionary and poorly translated (better in English but still some data do not understand equally): it shows us a lot of statistics including calories burned and consecutive jumps series without mistakes.
Turned on the rope with its power button and started the app, the connection is almost immediate (some small problem only during the first couple, the phone detected the rope between the bluetooth devices but the app does not).
In this period I use it as an alternative to running and I have to say that, 10/15 minutes of use for three times a week, they will really get you in shape.
I highly recommend buying it to those looking for a cheap rope without giving up something extra.
