This bag goes together easily with tent like poles and stands straight up. It's about 4 feet tall when completely filled with dirty clothes from the week. But if you get it too full of clothes, the carrying strap won't hook at the top and you'll have to just carry it like a huge bag. It is quite heavy, too. It's a thick canvas type bag.
