Absolutely Recommend this

I have recently taken a class in art journaling and oh my gosh is that fun. It's a multi media experience in a book that you write yourself about whatever- scriptures you like, work through some issues, etc.

One of the suggested purchases the teacher gave us was a set of acrylic markers. They are good for doodling and highlighting and painting over words you don't want others to read, even later. So when I had the opportunity to try these I did. They added a whole new dimension to my art journal that I really appreciated and I had fun using them.

One of the things I really liked about these is that they dried fast. I was able to doodle and not worry about my hand touching the paint and smearing it.

They were very easy. The lid came off easily, the paint started to flow easily and it didn't stop until I picked up the marker from the paper. I could easily make dots, long lines, or color in a small area. They paint flowed smoothly and did not clump up while I used it.

I was able to set these aside and come back to them and they still worked fine.

Three things to be aware of- First, if you mash this down on your paper and hold it there, the paint will ooze out and keep coming out puddling up and wasting paint (unless that is what you want). Second, these are probably not very good at covering a large area. Third, these are fat. This means you may get tired of using them if you are going to use them for a large area or long time. For my use, I had no problems.
