There is NO name on the attached $ Clip. There are no directions so I'm not 100% sure why there is a screw and screwdrive unless it's to replace screws if some fall out or go missing.
I pushed, twisted and pulled to open up the card area because we had no idea how it opened, and it turns out you need to pull on the opposite end of the 1/2 circle. Once opened it's easy to insert you cards, license, etc. They all fit snug so I have no worries of any of the 7 cards falling out. You can NOT put many bills under the attached Money Clip I have 8 bill in there and would not put more than 10 to be safe from streaching it out. It also comes with a mini screwdriver and extra screw along with another money clip.
It did not have much for a gift box just a standard slide in top n bottom flap opening.
I would recommend this to others as it works great holding you cards, license etc securely as long as you don't have more than 12, and only 10 single bills in the $ Clip.
