Not what I expected, the sizing is very different between the top and bottom pieces

This 2 Piece Velvet Outfits for Women Spaghetti Strap Crop Top and Yoga Shorts Jogging Set is definitely not what I was expecting. When I tried it on, the velvety material is soft against your skin, but the difference in size between the top and bottom is so different it made me question if maybe the wrong size tag got sewn into one of them.The top was almost too tight around the upper part of my chest, and I normally where a size 36B bra, so it wasn't due to having large breasts. Then the bottoms were so incredibly large that I would have to either roll them at the waistband or hold them up in order to keep them on while walking or standing.Both pieces had the same size tag sewn in them, but the difference in how they fit was so disproportionate that I ended up having to return the set since I couldn't even keep the bottoms on.
