Works for my kids but not me

I struggle from a lot of pains and back troubles, having done so for most of my life and now being formally diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I have tried every pain management and pain relief product I can get my hands on, finding some relief but nothing that works all that well. I had hoped this would be the magic cure all for my pain, but sadly it wasn't. It is a set of rollers on a long strand that you can work back and forth across your back and shoulders. I honestly didn't feel it did any good for me whatsoever. I  need far more intensive therapy and this didn't give me a deep enough rub to get any relief. But my kids loved it and have now taken it to their room.
