Perfect for scoring bread

I had no clue how this tool was supposed to be used so had to ask my bread making brother to explain. I bought it for him anyway, so had him give me the run down on how it works when I gave it to him. Now I understand what bread scoring is, why the baked bread has the shapes it has, and can't wait for him to teach me how to make my own breads so that I can develop my own scoring patterns to create beautiful baked homemade bread! He said it would take him a few tries to figure out how exactly this one works best, but I am eager to see what he is able to create once he learns exactly what angle to hold it at when scoring his dough before baking.
