I eat eggs for breakfast every morning and I am the first to wake up in my household so I eat my breakfast a few hours before my family. I wanted something small that I could use to cook a spinach omelet in and to toast a single slice of whole grain bread or to make a whole grain pancake. I usually also regularly cook one veggie burger at lunch. This pan is the perfect size for me. It is 6 ½ inches wide and heats up quickly. I found that it heated evenly and made the perfect omelet for me.
It has a silicone coated handle which stays cool to the touch and a hole for hanging. The food did not stick to the pan and clean up was a breeze. Since it is so small, I just wiped it out with a soapy sponge, rinsed and dried it before putting it away. It can also be put in the dishwasher to clean. This is a nice pan for cooking small portions of food.
