This is the best power bank I own now and I have many different power banks to compare it to. It can actually be used as either a charger for charging your 18650 batteries or as a power bank for charging portable devices. It does an above average job at either one of these tasks. As a power bank it charges up to two devices at one time using the usb output ports which have intelligent charging chips in them which automatically determine the optimal charging rate for whatever device you are charging and then charges the device at the highest power that is safe for that device. As a family we have multiple devices each and whenever we go away for a day or two it is common for us to have several power banks with us in addition to the devices. Now instead of carrying three power banks with us we just take this one and extra charged 18650 batteries to put in it when those are drained. When using this as a battery charger you can charge 1, 2, or 3 batteries at a time, unlike some chargers which will require you to fill up every available slot or at least two at a time in order to work. While charging it shows both the current and voltage it is charging at. It displays the how much each battery needs to be charged which is nice in the event that they are not all completely empty. When all the batteries are fully charged it stops charging so that your batteries are not damaged by overcharging them. It will work with different brands of batteries and it seems extremely durable so far.
