Helps Alot!

This knee brace is adjustable. It is very firm and fits well. There is a hole for your knee cap that allows air in and keeps the sweating down. The brace is a little bulky to wear under jeans, but works great with sweatpants, shorts or any loose or stretchy material. The construction is nice and the brace is very easy to put on. It does offer a good deal of support and helped with the pain. I did not try to run or play any sports with it on, but it worked fine and felt comfortable when doing housework.
