Lots of pluses, no negatives

I never give five stars unless the product has that 'something extra' I struggled on whether this deserved the full five but I couldn't give the four and half stars this tripod deserves.
Aside from the silly packaging by Amazon (Way too big a box for the tripod) this product is very good.
The tripod has a few good things about it. The lightness is the biggest plus in my book. In the supplied bag, I found this very light to carry around. Even with the tripod out of the bag, using the foam grips also make this comfortable to hold. The feet swivel and move to get the best possible stability on rocky ground.
The head has a quick release enabling the swapping of cameras easily. I have a camcorder and a gopro type camera which will fit the head. Getting the tightness of the screw adjusters is a bit finicky as once sorted, the pan/tilt function will move smoothly. The worst thing when taking videos is when there is judder. I have managed to do this once but after adjusting the head, all is smooth.
One other mention regarding the head. It has a height adjustable handle to add extra height where needed. Very clever!

All in all, A very classy piece of kit that should last a long time with suitable care
