I got the item the following day I placed the order.
I am planning to use the light to help speed up plant growth of seeds. The light comes with a control that lets you put one light or two, has a dimmer switch and what is more important, a timer! I have been reading about it and you are advised to put plants under the light for 6 hours max at a time as no further benefit comes from doing it longer. There are also different light colours which is quite fancy. Hopefully it is going to help the process; however it is too early to tell. I will give an update in a few months!
