Arrived promptly so was a good start :)
I bought this as i need to lose a bit of weight and had been hearing about these fitness things for a while now so i decided to jump on the bandwagon and im glad i did as i was not dissapointed.
This one is of a quality build and the battery last a couple of days when fully charged.
It tracks the amount of steps taken daily and tells you how many calories you have burnt., monitors and measures your heart rate & sleep.
There are so many of these on the market at that was the reason i havent purchased one sooner however im glad i picked this one as it does everything i need it to and at a fraction of the price compared to the more expensive well know brands, This one has my seal of approval and would recommend to anyone looking to get a bit healthier.
