Decent Case with Design Flaws

I have Fibromyalgia, and I tend to drop my phone pretty frequently because of it.  So a good case is extremely important for me.  Upon arrival, this one appeared to be pretty rugged and up to the challenge.  It even had flip covers for the ports on the bottom!  BUT...the port covers are made of the same hard plastic as the case.  So once you "bent" one to use the charging port, it stayed in that open position, rendering it pretty much useless as a charging port protector.  Also, it was extremely hard to use the buttons on my Note 8 with this case.  They were very difficult to push.  Lastly, the black edging around the phone has these odd bumps in the corner, which were not aesthetically pleasing at all, and they actually hurt your hand a little when holding the phone.  So while the case offers solid, moderate coverage, the above-mentioned design flaws put this at the bottom of my day to day case list.
