I received a box with the product busted and leaked all out inside the shipping box looked like someone placed something heavy on top of the box and crushed the bottles causing the shampoo to leak out into the box so I called and was shipped out a replacement and the box on this order was not crushed but the top of the shampoo came off which cause the leaking of the shampoo again. When shipping items like this you need to tape the top so the product will not open during shipping.
