It cleans from head to toe, even including the delicate skin of the face along with the creamy facial cleanser. It exfoliates the skin nicely, including getting rid of old dead skin that tends to build up at this time of the year when the heater is running full time. It gives the skin and the tissue below it a beautiful massage while it's being used which is a big plus. And although I haven't used this feature because I don't have blackheads, it gives the user an easy way to get rid of blackheads. I didn't expect very much from this set when I bought it because it doesn't cost very much. I have four different sets of skin cleaners including this one, and I have gotten in the habit of using this one all the time because it does a nice job and cleans up the skin very nicely as well as being able to be cleaned up itself. For the price, I don't think you could beat this set of tools to clean the skin. I recommend it highly and hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine.
