I've always wanted a thermometer like this, and I have a 2-year-old child who rarely stays more than 30 seconds while I have every thermometer. They will take FOREVER to take his temperature (30+ seconds!)  and it may not be accurate, so he never really worked with me when he took his temperature. But this thermometer is very convenient to use, before my child would try to absorb the temperature will scream and escape, but now he really like it and can do it himself! Very much like it!!   30AQDXXO (30% coupon) $16 only! free shipping w/ prime or order over $25.   How to get Temperature? --For Forehead 1.Make sure the probe cover in place when using forehead function 2.Hold the thermometer and point to the forehead making it slightly touch the skin 3.Long press the "START" button and scan the forehead, then release the button 4.You can get the reading on the display after hearing a beep Perform in a row and get the average of readings as the last result --For Ear 1.Take off the probe cover 2.Insert the probe into the ear canal 3.Ensure the probe point directly toward the eardrum(Temperature may be lower if the probe doesn't point directly toward the eardrum) 4.Press "START" button and you will get the result after the beep 5.Clean the probe with dry towel if necessary --For Object/Home 1.Take off the probe cover, point to the object / air, then press the “START”. 2.Point the thermometer toward the measured object and keep a 3-5mm distance between the probe and the measured object. 3.The measured temperature range is 0℃/32°F~100℃/212°F.   How to switch between the ℃ and ℉? 1.Make sure the thermometer is turned off. If the display is not dark, leave buttons untouched for 30 seconds. 2.Press the "MEM" button for 6 seconds then release. Either ℃ or ℉ will appear in the lower right corner of the display.
