I found these to be really useful and efficient. I like to strap my chicken while it's hot to speed the process of cooking I usually use gloves but with these I don't have to touch the hot meat. The edges are very sharp just how I expected them to be. They're very easy and comfortable to hold. Material is very firm and seems like it would last a long time. I would recommend this product.
