Pet Grooming Gloves

Summer is almost upon us and my two cats (Maine Coon and Siamese) have started shedding and leaving ‘tumbleweed’ tufts of hair everywhere lately.  When I saw the Pet Grooming Glove, I thought that this would be perfect. The main culprit of the shedding is the Maine Coon who is VERY skittish and hard to groom, but he loves to be petted.  I thought this product would be a perfect match and was I right!

While both cats hated me coming towards them with the gloves on, they really enjoyed the experience.  The photo above was taken after “grooming” the Maine Coon for less than a minute, and he loved it as he started purring very loudly.  This product is going to help me during shedding season and all throughout the year.

It was very easy to put the gloves on and off, and the adjustable wrist straps helped as well.  The material of the gloves is very sturdy and held together just fine as I groomed the Maine Coon kitty even though his fur is very thick.  What I like is how easy it is to peel the fur off the gloves and dispose of it in the trash instead of it being left all throughout the house. This is one product that will get a lot of use in the coming weeks and years.
