Elegant appearance, however poor performance

The 'TouchBeauty Nose and Ear Trimmer' feels more comfortable held compared to all other body hair trimmers I've every owned.  The comfort and the sense of a better quality product is the only positive aspects  unfortunately.  The second time I used this trimmers it had pulled  an uncomfortable amount of hairs from my nose, instead of trimming them like it's intended purpose.  I've repeatedly regretted giving a chance after chance hoping this product would sway my judgement more positively.  I had re-cleaned and reassembled the attachment and blades,  with the same disappointing feeling of my nose hairs being pulled out.  Which has also led me to be more cautious, nervous while using it and thus it's taken more time than necessary to groom myself.  

     Oddly, there is a light that turns on soon as you push the switch to start the motor.  That light points in the same direction as the trimmers point.  The light didn't prove any 'useful' purpose to me.  Unless I held my head back, as if I had a bloody nose, while looking in the mirror, then I could see my mustache hairs while the head of these trimmers was inside my nostril.

     If you want a comfortable handle that feel's as if it may last a few years before breaking apart and nothing more, than this is for you.  If you want to be able to quickly and reliably trim your body hair without discomfort and disappointment,  then this product is NOT worth investing towards.
